SUNY Geneseo seeks applicants for anticipated part-time temporary adjunct faculty openings. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and applicants will be contacted as needed.
Teach introductory undergraduate courses in History. Possible courses include:
* HIST 112:
History Matters (global history)
* HIST 161 - Issues in American History
* HIST 162 - History Matters, U.S.
* HIST 240 - Studies in European History
* HIST 249 - Studies in American History
* HIST 284 - Studies in Global History
* Other 100- and 200-level history courses based on instructor's expertise.
Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
* Masters degree or higher in History or related field.
* Must demonstrate a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive teaching environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Teaching experience in History at the undergraduate level.
