A little about the school: BSA serves a uniquely resilient and historically underserved population of NYC high school students. Many of our high schoolers have experienced interrupted formal education, housing instability, over-age/under-credited pathways, or complex life circumstances. Our model is built around deep relationships, integrated social services, and postsecondary success.

We are currently in a focused and intentional school turnaround; strengthening instructional rigor, academic systems, attendance accountability, and postsecondary pathways while preserving the heart of who we are: a school grounded in dignity, belonging, and opportunity.

This is not a “maintain the status quo” opportunity.

BSA is looking for educators who:
