ESL Instructor (Part-Time and Full-Time) – Job Description

On-site; flexible part-time and full-time schedule

$21–$26 per hour (based on experience and qualifications);
Priority Weekend (Both Saturday and Sunday) $21- $30 Per Hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Rolling Hire, with priority to Weekend (Both Saturday and Sunday). Also, Monday to Friday teaching schedule.

Note:

Saturday and Sunday (Work both days) - Weekend Hours - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Immediate availability.

IT ESL is seeking qualified, passionate instructors to join our diverse and learner-centered English language programs. Instructors will teach adult English language learners in an academic setting, support students in achieving defined learning outcomes, and contribute to the school’s instructional quality and mission.

• a BA degree in ESL/EFL
• a BA degree AND a certificate in TESOL (TEFL, CELTA, TESOL, etc.)
• At least one year experience teaching ESL to adults in a classroom setting
• Demonstrate proficiency in English
• Master’s degree in TESOL preferred; equivalent experience may be considered

• Experience working with international student populations
• Familiarity with CEFR-aligned curricula and student learning outcomes
• Experience teaching exam preparation courses (e.g., TOEFL, Business English)
• Ability to incorporate digital tools into the classroom (Google Workspace, LMS, Smart board, etc.)
