Volunteer Judges Needed for Upcoming College Speech & Debate Tournament
The Queens College Speech & Debate Society is the speech and debate program at Queens College. We will be hosting in-person and virtual speech and debate tournaments throughout Fall 2025 and Spring 2026.
In-person tournaments will be held at Queens College in Flushing, New York, on the following weekends:
- October 25 - 26, 2025
- Saturday, Febuary 21, 2026
Virtual tournaments throughout 2025 - 2026.
Training will be provided for those interested in judging speech and debate rounds!
Our team will collaborate with several college speech and debate programs to facilitate additional volunteer judging opportunities at speech and debate tournaments throughout Fall 2025 and Spring 2026.
You do not need previous experience in public speaking, debate, or acting to volunteer. Just email me, and I will be happy to accept you.

ResponsibilitiesVolunteers will judge speech and debate rounds, including multiple Individual Speech Events and International Public Debate (IPDA) rounds.
QualificationsAge Minimum (with Adult): 18+ , Minimum Age: 18+
