• Engaging students daily through direct mentorship and motivation—no traditional instruction, only high‑impact coaching at a peer level.

Inspiring elementary‑aged students to thrive in school while accelerating their learning by 2x using AI.

• Ability to work on‑site at one of the following locations:
  Palo Alto, CA;
  Santa Monica, CA;
  Miami, FL;
  Chicago, IL;
  Santa Barbara, CA.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline.
• Proven track record of high achievement (examples: top academic distinctions, Division I or Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitive success, etc.).
• 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD/hour, which equates to $120,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
