What You Will Be Doing- Engaging students daily through direct mentorship and motivation—no traditional instruction, only high‑impact coaching at a peer level.
- Leveraging adaptive technology and AI‑driven platforms to enable individualized learning progression.
- Facilitating small‑group sessions on leadership development, practical life skills, and strategies for real‑world achievement.
- Supporting students in identifying their core strengths and broadening their aspirations via tailored development plans.
- Advancing Alpha's educational model through continuous contribution of data, observations, and innovative thinking.
Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements- Ability to work on‑site at one of the following locations:
Palo Alto, CA;
Santa Monica, CA;
Miami, FL;
Chicago, IL;
Santa Barbara, CA. - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in any discipline.
- Proven track record of high achievement (examples: top academic distinctions, Division I or Olympic‑level athletics, national‑level competitive success, etc.).
- 3 years of direct experience working with K–8 students in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles.
- Excellent verbal communication and public speaking abilities.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
