This is an in‑person role at our campus in Cedar Park, TX.
Exceptional schools extend far beyond the classroom. They succeed because someone ensures everything surrounding instruction operates smoothly—reliably, thoughtfully, and with intention.
Montessori um is a purposefully crafted learning space where students, families, and teachers flourish together. Our model demands more than strong academics. It demands operational systems that feel dependable, secure, and deeply personal. This position exists to maintain campus functionality at that standard daily.

You function as the bridge connecting parents, Guides, and infrastructure.
This is not a confined desk job. It is practical, interpersonal, and continuously shifting. If you value diversity in your work, find fulfillment in service, and seek a role where your efforts tangibly elevate the everyday experience of students and families, this position provides genuine ownership and purpose.
