Part Time Animal Management Instructor

General DescriptionSUNY Niagara needs a part‑time instructor to teach courses in the Animal Management program. Classes are held on the SUNY Niagara main campus in Sanborn, NY on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Remuneration is $960 per lecture hour and $860 per lab hour. SUNY Niagara accepts applications continuously; openings may exist at any time.

- Bachelor’s degree and enrollment in a master’s degree level program in Biology, Zoology, Wildlife Conservation, or related curriculum.
- One year of teaching experience at the post‑secondary level.
- Master’s degree in Biology, Zoology, Wildlife Conservation, or related curriculum.
- Two years of teaching at the community college level.
- At least one year of professional work experience as a zookeeper or aquarist.
