The Equality Charter School located in the Bronx is seeking an energetic, motivated, and inspiring Assistant Coach for its high‑school co‑ed flag football team for the 2025‑26 school year. Applicants should have at least 1‑2 years of experience in coaching. Applicants with no coaching experience but a background participating on a college/university level team are also encouraged to apply.

The coach will work under the direct supervision of the Athletic Director and will be responsible for assisting with training athletes, preparing them for competition, and developing their skills at a competitive level. The coach will enforce discipline, nurture student needs, and model sportsman‑like behavior at all times.

• 1‑2 years of coaching experience (or comparable collegiate playing experience)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to enforce discipline and promote sportsmanship
• Capacity to work with high‑school athletes and collaborate with the Athletic Director

Position Type: Full‑time
Salary: $1,000 to $2,600 Per Hour
