You are a mentor and coach who applies AI technology and motivational strategies to support gifted children in completing high school years ahead of schedule. There is no classroom management and no conventional instruction.

• Mentor and inspire gifted students to finish high school by 8th grade using personalized, accelerated learning pathways

• Willing to work in‑person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
• Proven record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual‑enrollment, etc.)
• At least 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high‑achieving youth
• Daily use of generative AI tools in educational settings (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
• Excellent public speaking and communication skills
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
