The role of Dialogue Coordinator is to design and implement a dialogue curriculum for youth campers, and to hire, train, and manage a team of Dialogue Facilitators during camp. This is a part‑time role up to 15 hrs/week pre‑camp, transitioning to full camp hours.

- Review Seeds of Peace dialogue methodologies and create a specific dialogue curriculum.
- Develop and finalize facilitator training materials (manuals, presentations, activity guides).
- Assist in hiring dialogue facilitators, reviewing applications, interviewing, and selection with the Camp Director.
- Train facilitators online pre‑camp and during staff orientation.
- Design on‑site staff training activities for the entire Camp staff.
- Manage and support the facilitation team during camp, providing feedback on performance.
- Establish clear communication channels and schedules with facilitators for cohesion and prep material sharing.
- Review facilitator pairings and dialogue groups with leadership.
- Support the Camp leadership team in preparations and oversee residential and programmatic elements, ensuring camper safety.
- Contribute to an atmosphere of communication, trust, and respect.
- Collaborate with the Residential Life team on supervision and program support.
- Adhere to Seeds of Peace policies and procedures to maintain a physically and emotionally safe environment.
- Commit to professionalism in an informal educational space.
- After camp, write a program report capturing successes and recommendations.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Significant experience working with youth in education, peace building, or similar.
- Significant experience facilitating dialogue with young people.
- Curriculum design experience.
- Experience training and managing adults in an educational environment.
- Professional commitment in a casual educational setting.
- Ability to draft program reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Emotional intelligence and conflict de‑escalation skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate self and others.
- Patience, flexibility, and creativity.
- Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds.

This position is residential; meals and accommodation are provided, with travel and visa costs covered. All staff must commit to the full session from July 18 to August 10, and participate in mandatory training from July 10–17.
