Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in leadership, organizational development, or related fields A degree plus MBA from a top university and certification in coaching Experience in coaching and mentoring within leadership settings Proven ability to implement change management strategies Experience supporting executive or mid-career professionals in continuing education is preferred
