School Bus Driver

SAR Academy, a Modern Orthodox, co-educational day school in Riverdale, NY, is seeking an experienced School Bus Driver to join our team beginning April 2026.

• This is a 10‑month position (September ‑ June)
• Follows Academic Calendar
• Weekdays Only
• Split Shifts (AM and PM Routes)
• Report to the bus in Riverdale (Bronx) by 6:00 AM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week

• Prior experience driving a large school bus
• Valid CDL Class B with Air Brake and School Bus Endorsements
• Article 19‑A compliant
• English speaking

• $31.70 per hour ($52,000 annual salary [September – June])
• $7,500 bonus for experienced candidates

$1,500 upon hire
$6,000 paid quarterly during 2026‑2027 school year
