What You Will Be Doing- Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics-based reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 students
- Employ storytelling and interactive methods to accelerate learning 5-10x beyond conventional benchmarks
- Evaluate student advancement and modify workshops in real-time to address each cohort's specific needs
- Provide one‑on‑one and small group coaching to generate measurable progress in adaptive reading and writing applications
- Able to work on-site ool in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance available)
- Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years providing small‑group reading interventions to K-2 students
- Experience serving gifted or high-performing children in specialized programs
- Skilled with AI/adaptive learning tools and student performance data
- Strong classroom presence with capability to engage young learners through voice, storytelling, and energy
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
