• Create and facilitate dynamic, differentiated phonics-based reading workshops for small groups of gifted K-2 students
• Employ storytelling and interactive methods to accelerate learning 5-10x beyond conventional benchmarks
• Evaluate student advancement and modify workshops in real-time to address each cohort's specific needs
• Provide one‑on‑one and small group coaching to generate measurable progress in adaptive reading and writing applications

• Able to work on-site ool in Georgetown, TX (relocation assistance available)
• Bachelor's degree and advanced certification in structured literacy (Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years providing small‑group reading interventions to K-2 students
• Experience serving gifted or high-performing children in specialized programs
• Skilled with AI/adaptive learning tools and student performance data
• Strong classroom presence with capability to engage young learners through voice, storytelling, and energy
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position.
