We’re Seeking a Rockstar Summer Camp Site Coordinator

Summer Camp Site Coordinator Responsibilities:- Teach and Inspire
:
Lead your assigned group of campers with engaging activities that bring NORY’s core values to life. - Support Site Director and Teachers
:
Coach and train teachers, helping them understand the purpose behind each activity and implement safe, fun protocols. - Nurture and Support Campers and Their Families
:
Cultivate positive relationships with campers and their families, creating a welcoming experience for everyone involved. - Resource Management
:
Oversee essential resources like materials, facilities, and schedules to ensure camp operations run smoothly. - Uphold Core Camp Goals
:
Ensure the camp’s pillars—Safety, Fun, and NORY Core Values (resilience, inquisitiveness, empathy)—are met each day.
Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience
:
Guided a team and cultivated a collaborative, supportive environment. - Family Engagement
:
Experience building strong relationships with families in a camp or educational setting. - Teaching Background
:
Taught children ages 3‑12 (3+ years preferred) and loves inspiring young minds. - Eagerness to Learn
:
Demonstrates a growth mindset and a willingness to adopt new technology and skills.
- Schedule
: M‑F, 7:45 am‑5:30 pm (camp runs 9 am‑3 pm, with prep time before and after). - Compensation
: $1,040.60‑$1,241.25/week- Starting pay (minimum) is $1,040.60, with potential to earn up to $1,241.25 weekly, including an $85 weekly bonus.
- Higher pay tiers for candidates with 8+ years of experience who complete NORY evaluation performance requirements.
