Lead and manage a broad range of complex administrative functions for the Collaborative Arts Department and Open Arts Program. Oversee faculty-related processes, including contract reviews for arts and tenure-track faculty, adjunct grant administration, full-time faculty searches, and adjunct onboarding to support academic and programmatic goals. Manage departmental budgets, supervise staff, and coordinate services for full-time, adjunct, and visiting faculty, including appointments and reappointments.
Direct curriculum services, including course inventory, new course submissions, and intricate space and classroom planning. Advise leadership and faculty on University policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements, and ensure departmental compliance. Serve as liaison with school and University offices, handling sensitive and confidential matters. Supervise non-exempt staff.

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in performing/cinematic arts
- 3+ years relevant professional level experience or combination of education and experience.
- Experience with budget management and staff supervision.
- 3+ years experience with student advising, program management.
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, organization, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver consistently high quality, timely service and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously in a high volume academic environment.
- Ability to establish priorities and to work independently and as part of a team, take initiative, and follow through to completion.
- Ability to interpret policies to faculty and senior level executives.
- Ability to develop relationships with key constituents at all levels of the school and throughout the University.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Knowledge of standard office software, desktop publishing and online search engines.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt successfully to fast‑paced and changing work environments and needs.
- Familiarity with budget software.
Annual base salary range: USD $71,100.00 to USD $86,900.00 (base pay only, excludes incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, and other items).
