Aqua Group Exercise Instructor - Latham

The Aqua Group Ex Instructor is responsible for teaching aquatic exercise classes in a professional and safe manner to the members and guests of the center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience in group class instruction, teaching a variety of styles, levels and population preferred.

CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire

A group exercise instructor certification preferred. Preferably an AEA certification.

Certification for some specialty group exercise class instruction is preferred.

Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with members in a positive, service-based manner.

Ability to multi-task and maintain a controlled and professional demeanor.
