Manager, Precision Commerce Media

We’re looking for an outstanding Manager
—someone who can win the hearts of clients, inspire their teammates, and skillfully juggle multiple pieces of business. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced digital media star to actively drive performance for some of the largest brands on the planet. Responsibilities

As a Manager
, you’ll be responsible for oversight of analysts and senior analysts on a day-to-day basis. You will ensure your analysts are properly equipped to handle tasks such as campaign management activities, including campaign setup, optimization and maintenance, QA, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation. You will also play a role in all of these areas ensuring that campaigns are set up properly according to best practices, providing final QA and confirming all aspects of a campaign are running smoothly.

You’ll provide feedback on optimization recommendations from analysts when needed and help guide their development in this area. You will provide input in the construction of client decks and status documentation. You will be responsible for the growth and development of analysts on the team and will provide feedback to ADs and above on developmental progress and any needs of the team.

You will work within the full Commerce team to report results and foster client and vendor relationships.

Most importantly, you must possess a strong inner drive to bring your knowledge and experience of managing self-service display and full funnel campaigns across retailers and retail media networks. Campaigns include hands‑on self‑serve as well as direct buys with retailers including, but not limited to:
Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Kroger, Target, Walgreens, CVS, etc.

Qualifications
  • Four or more years of experience in display and video media buying
  • In depth understanding of media planning and programmatic buying, and familiarity with The Trade Desk or similar buying platforms
  • Strong familiarity with the digital environment and a clear understanding of media planning and buying process (multi‑channel knowledge and Walmart, Criteo, Target, Amazon, Kroger, etc. display experience preferred)
  • Two or more years of people management experience
  • Strong knowledge of DSP platforms and active campaign optimization experience
  • The ability to organize and manage your work and that of the junior staff on the team
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical/quantitative skills
  • Strong understanding of research tools – you know their strengths/weaknesses, and when and how to effectively use them (i.e., Profitero, Epsilon, Scintilla, Comscore, Circana, etc.)
  • Understanding and experience with campaign automation tools (i.e., Skai, Pacvue)
  • Excellent client presence and ability to lead discussions with internal and external leadership
  • Excellent communication and writing skills—you’re poised, precise, and above all, kind when relating to others
  • A four-year college degree
