Summary
Lead design and implementation of fashion-centric adult learning programs for retail employees, partnering with Fashion Expertise, Corporate and Digital Learning teams. Create classroom-style and digital learning modules, conduct needs assessments, and measure impact for broad retail populations. Role supports seasonal collection training, client experience modules, product expertise seminars and styling content while embracing technology and AI to optimize learning.
Responsibilities- Design and develop instructional content and curriculum for fashion retail audiences.
- Conduct ongoing needs assessments with leadership and subject matter experts.
- Adapt global programs to local skill and knowledge requirements.
- Collaborate on Learning Management System development to quantify program reach.
- Implement strategies to improve learner retention using technology and AI.
- Lead train-the-trainer sessions and occasionally facilitate content to retail staff.
- Partner with Corporate and Retail Fashion Expertise teams to align priorities.
- 3
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising Adult Education or Human Resources preferred.
- Experience in instructional design and learning content development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience gathering learner data and measuring training impact.
- Understanding of luxury retail environment.
