Our Pilates Certification & Apprenticeship is an ideal fit for professional dancers, building on your existing foundation of precision, control, and body awareness. We’re offering a reduced-cost pathway to help you translate your artistry into a long-term career—whether you’re looking to prevent injury, deepen your anatomical knowledge, or begin teaching.

This is not a factory to sell certifications, but a program designed to thoughtfully develop participants into efficient and effective instructors through mentorship, hands‑on experience, and personalized guidance.

The initial Mat Certification begins April 11 and runs over two weekends, with one available makeup date. The cost is $950, or $800 with a Dance NYC referral discount, and can be split into three payments.

You can still be considered for the apprenticeship if you already have a Mat Certification, by setting up an audtion.

As part of this program, you’ll receive 40% off all additional certifications, including Springboard, Tower, Suspension Trainer, Reformer, Chair, and Free Weights. The entire program is less than $4,500, inclusive of the Mat certification fee. Those selected for the paid apprenticeship will have flexible tuition options: pay in full, pay in installments, or allocate 50% of apprenticeship earnings toward tuition. Training on the Caddillac and ladderbarrel will be eventually available as wll, as addtional workshops/certs.

As each person selected for the apprenticeship will be working as a paid instructor, ideal candidates will have some flexibility in their schedules, including availability for select mornings, evenings, and at least one weekend day per week. Continued trainings on the Springboard, Tower, Suspension Trainer, Reformer, Chair, and Free Weights may take place in the afternoons, depending on the group’s availability.

This immersive program bridges classical and contemporary Pilates with strength training, giving you the tools to support your own body and others with intelligence and intention. Work closely with experienced instructors in a mentorship-based environment, gain hands‑on teaching experience, and develop the skills to step confidently into a teaching role.
