Summer School Social Studies Teacher - Global Studies and US History Regents Prep and Remediation
Mount St. Michael Academy Co‑Ed Summer School (Grades 6 through 12) located in the Northeast Bronx, seeks a part‑time Social Studies Teacher for Grades 9-12.
Ideal Candidate Qualities- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues and administrators
- A well‑developed sense of organization
- Good classroom management skills
- Willingness to reach out to parents when necessary
- Knowledge of both the Global Studies and US History Regents curriculum, experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree required.
Job Type: Part‑time
Class
Schedule:
Two 90‑minute classes, from 8:30 – 10:00 and 10:05 – 11:35
Salary: $4 500
Dates: 7/8/2026 – 8/18/2026, Fridays off.
