CERTIFICATION: Valid NYS Certification

START DATE: September 2026

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid NYS Certification:
Childhood Education (Grades 1-6) or equivalent

Strong commitment to children

Ability to maintain a positive learning environment

Knowledge of New York State Learning Standards and understanding of effective classroom instruction

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Such alternatives to the above as the Superintendent may find appropriate and acceptable

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Full-time, probationary appointment
• 10-month position
• 6 th Grade Math
• Salary and benefits as per MACSFA contract
