• Lead and support a team of Pre School teachers in planning and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum for children aged 3-5 years old
• Develop and implement educational programs that foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth in our students
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social skills, problem-solving, and creativity
• Monitor and assess student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and making data‑driven instructional decisions
• Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, providing updates on student development and milestones
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay current with industry trends and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Study Plan Eligible.
• At least a year of experience in Pre School teaching, with a strong focus on leading and mentoring other teachers
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and curriculum design
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including morning, afternoon, and evening hours
