We're looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy to help lead creative across our healthcare portfolio. You’ll partner with strategy, media, data, and account teams to turn complex healthcare challenges into clear, human, results‑driving work — across brand campaigns, content, digital experiences, and CRM. What you’ll be doing
  • Day‑to‑day creative on one or more healthcare accounts, owning the quality of the work from concept through execution.
  • Translate medical, scientific, and clinical information into compelling, accessible creative for HCP, patient, and caregiver audiences.
  • Concept and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, web, email/CRM, and experience.
  • Present and sell creative to clients with confidence, and build the relationships that let bold work happen.
  • Collaborate early with strategy, data, and media so creative is grounded in insight and built to perform.
Who you are
  • 7+ years of creative experience, with healthcare, pharma, health‑tech, or wellness work in your portfolio.
  • A strong book that shows range, craft, and ideas that drove real outcomes.
  • Experience presenting to senior clients.
  • Fluency in healthcare’s particulars — regulated environments, MLR/scientific review, and the difference between speaking to HCPs vs. patients.
  • Comfort across both brand and performance creative, in an integrated, data‑driven environment.
Nice to have
  • Experience across Rx, OTC, providers, payers, or digital health.
  • Background blending traditional advertising with CRM, content, or experience design.
