Bridge to Enter Advanced Mathematics (BEAM) is seeking educators for a new after-school math program for 4th graders in New York City. Educators will lead club sessions focusing on developing deep reasoning skills in students, emphasizing engagement rather than test prep.
Candidates should have at least two years of math teaching experience and a commitment to equity in education. The position requires flexibility, as sessions will be conducted virtually with in-person club meetings once a week.
Pay is $40/hour for approximately 8-12 hours per week from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
