Assistant Coach, Men's Lacrosse; position - Siena University

Job Description

The assistant coach will support the head coach in daily management and administration of all phases of the Men's Lacrosse program.

• Assist in planning and conducting practices
• Assist in the evaluation and recruitment of qualified student athletes
• Support individual skill development and overall team performance
• Monitor student athletes' academic progress
• Coordinate team services with departmental support areas
• Assist with scheduling contests and managing the program's budget

• Minimum of 1 year of coaching experience at the high school, collegiate, or high-level club level
• Knowledge of and adherence to NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations

Pay Rate: $52,770

This is a 10-month position.
