2026 - 2027 School Year Opening for a Full-Time Math Teacher

Mount St. Michael Academy, a Catholic all-boys, college prep Middle School (Grades 6-8) and High School (Grades 9-12) located on 22 acres in the Northeast Bronx, is looking for a Math Teacher (Grades 9-12) for the  academic year:
This is a full-time position teaching Geometry and Algebra 2/ Trigonometry to grades 9 - 12.

• thorough knowledge of the above mentioned courses
• energetic, mission driven, team player who is passionate about empowering young men to develop the skills, knowledge and attitudes to succeed in college
• enthusiasm for teaching in a Catholic, faith based school
• familiarity with the NYS curriculum
• willingness to work collaboratively with members of the department and the school administration
• ability to communicate effectively with students and parents

Minimum requirement includes a bachelor’s degree; experience teaching Geometry and/or Algebra 2/Trigonometry is a plus.
