We are seeking a Work Readiness Facilitator to provide life skills, employment readiness, and financial empowerment training to individuals preparing to enter or re-enter the workforce.
Responsibilities- Facilitate group workshops focused on work readiness, life skills, and employment success
- Motivate and engage participants in both classroom and workshop settings
- Track attendance, participation, and program progress
- Collaborate with employment and vocational services teams
- Assist participants in identifying goals and overcoming barriers to employment
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Services, Education, Social Work, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of teaching, training, facilitation, or workforce development experience
- Experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
