Job Summary

Motivated STEP College Readiness Instructor to support high school students in preparing for college admission, academic success, and long‑term career pathways in STEM and related fields.

• Deliver structured college‑readiness programming.
• Guide students through college exploration and application processes.
• Foster skills in academic planning, time management, financial literacy, and career awareness.
• Design engaging lessons focused on college preparation, academic skill development, and personal growth.
• Support diverse learners as they transition to higher education.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience working with high school students.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
• Empathy, strong organizational abilities, and commitment to supporting diverse learners.
• Ability to design engaging lessons.

Pay Range: $55.00 per hour.
