The District is seeking a passionate, child-centered Physics teacher to join our dynamic secondary school team. The successful candidate will collaborate with a dedicated group of enthusiastic educators who are deeply committed to inspiring students and supporting them in reaching their full potential.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Knowledge of New York State Science Learning Standards and phenomena-based instructional methods.
- Willingness to collaborate with a Physics team that has a proven record of success.
- A high standard of teaching and knowledge of student learning.
New York State certification in Physics 7-12. Additional certifications and research experience are preferred. This is a 10-month position with hours of 8:08 am - 3:08 pm. Salary as per MEA contract.
