Job Overview
Song Mountain / Labrador Mountain () is seeking a full‑time Ski and Snowboard School Director.
Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise a professional staff of 100+ for all lessons and school programs.
- Oversee payroll and HR reporting each week.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Sense of the “bottom line.”
- Background in sales and marketing a plus.
- Level 2 or 3 PSIA/AASI certification preferred, not required.
Full‑time, all‑year‑round employment with salary and benefit package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
