Sunday–Thursday (occasional evenings required)

Education:

Master’s (or equivalent) required

• Lead the semester‑based small group ministry to achieve a 100% church participation goal.
• Recruit and coach new Growth Group Leaders and form new groups each semester.
• Provide leadership in other ministry areas as needed, depending on experience and gifts.
• Contribute to the teaching team as a teacher and collaborator, working closely with staff.

• Strong interpersonal and team‑building skills; a sense of humor and risk‑taker.
• Proven ability to lead teams effectively and raise up new leaders quickly.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Hard‑working with prior leadership experience in a large or growing church.
• Strong communicator, positive attitude, and a calling to serve New York City .
• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Willingness to relocate to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, or surrounding areas within a 30‑minute public‑transport commute.
