High School Spanish Teacher – Brooklyn, NY
St. Edmund Preparatory High School, a Catholic co‑educational IB World college preparatory school in Brooklyn, NY, has a vacancy in the world languages department for a Spanish teacher starting September 2025.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide clear and consistently high‑quality Spanish instruction for all students.
- Create instructional lesson plans and activities that contribute to a climate where students are actively engaged in a meaningful learning experience.
- Must be able to teach all levels of Spanish and be open to teaching on the International Baccalaureate level.
- Work collaboratively with other math faculty to foster an environment of bold learning.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- NYS teaching certification in Spanish 7‑12 or currently working toward certification.
