The College is home to three schools: the Audrey Cohen School for Human Services and Education, the School for Business, and the School for Public Affairs and Administration.

Summary Metropolitan College of New York (MCNY) is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Enrollment Outreach Representative to support our student recruitment efforts. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Admissions, this role is essential in engaging with prospective students, providing them with valuable information about MCNY’s academic programs, and assisting them through the admissions process. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for higher education and student success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective students who have inquired about MCNY programs.
Provide general information about MCNY’s academic offerings, admissions requirements, financial aid options, and student services.
Answer questions and address concerns to help prospective students make informed decisions about their education.
Encourage prospective students to complete their applications, submit required documents, and attend admissions events.
Document and track interactions with prospective students using the college’s CRM system.
Follow up with students in a timely and professional manner to ensure continued engagement.
Assist in scheduling appointments for prospective students with admissions counselors.
Support the Enrollment Management team in executing recruitment initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospective students.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Customer service experience or experience in a call center, admissions, sales, or outreach role is a plus.
Familiarity with higher education and the admissions process is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or willingness to learn).A positive attitude, enthusiasm for helping students, and a commitment to MCNY’s mission.
