Hidden Gems Montessori — Lead Guide (Ages 3–6)
Queens, NY | Part-Time | Start June 2026
Hidden Gems Montessori is opening June 29th, 2026, and we’re seeking a warm, grounded, and highly professional Lead Guide to join our founding team. Our school is built on respect for the child, inclusion, and a commitment to honoring each learner as a “hidden gem” ready to shine.
What You’ll Do- Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly Montessori environment
- Present lessons with clarity, precision, and respect
- Observe children daily and support independence
- Collaborate with the Assistant Guide to create a peaceful classroom
- Communicate professionally with families
- Participate in classroom setup prior to opening
- Complete our 6–8 week onboarding and training program
- Warm, patient, calm presence
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Experience with children ages 3–6
- Montessori training (preferred)
- Commitment to inclusion and neurodiversity
- Reliability and a growth mindset
- Be part of a founding team
- Receive structured training and ongoing support
- Grow with a school that values your voice and expertise
- Part Time to expand to Full Time Position by start of the academic year
