- Assistsinupholdingschoolexpectations,clearsystemsforarrival,lunch,recessanddismissalincollaborationwiththeHSPrincipalandthedeanteam
- Supportsinstudenttransitionstohelptheschoolcommunitytravelsafelythroughoutthehallways
- Meetswithinthedean-departmenttodiscussschool-wideissues,trends,andupcomingevents
- Promotespositivedisciplinebehavior
- Aidsinthesystemsthatsupport Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS) andRestorative Practiceswithfidelity
- Conductsrestorativeconversationsbetweenstudentswhohaveexperiencedconflict
- Takesleadwhenapplicableatstudenttownhallsandassemblies
- Workscloselytogetherwithcolleaguestoensureconsistencyanddisciplineacrosstheschool
- Communicateswithfamiliespositivelytohelpdetermisbehaviorandfocusstudentsontherightpath
- Supportsthevisionofthe Deanand Leadershipinexecutingactivities /assemblies/initiativesthatbolsterstudentengagementandschoolculture
- CompletesanyothertasksordutiesasassignedbytheMSPrincipalandthe Leadership Team
- Relatedexperienceworkinginaschoolsetting preferred
- Successfulexperienceincommunicatingwithparentsandstudents

Theregularhoursandworkdaysare Monday through Friday ,7:55amto3:55pminadditiontoanyspecialeventstowhichallstaffareexpectedtoattend.
$65,000-$75,000annually(Basedon Experience)
