Evening Preschool Curriculum Leader

Job Description

Redeemer East Side Children’s Ministry is seeking a PM Preschool Curriculum Leader to manage our classroom, lead weekly worship and interactive Bible studies for children ages 3 to 5 years old. You will have a foundational relationship with Christ, experience with performance, and love interacting with preschool‑aged children. Hours are from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm each Sunday, plus an additional 1 hour for prep time.

• Must be available to work on Sundays from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
• Arrive on time each Sunday afternoon.
• Attend mandatory training sessions each year to review policies & procedures, to build community and serve Redeemer East Side Kids safely and effectively.
• Must be flexible and willing to serve in different classrooms.
• Give at least 2 weeks notice prior to being absent; if ill, notify the PM Coordinator as soon as possible.
• Permitted 4 vacation days for the ministry year.
• Work on Easter and at least one Sunday during the winter holidays (around Christmas/New Year’s).
• Work on Lessons and Carols Sunday (typically the third Sunday in December).
• A commitment to serve 1 year from start date.

• Team player with character qualities such as integrity, wisdom, and good judgment.
• Warm and engaging personality that welcomes all parents and children.
• Must pass the Redeemer background check.
