Chris Baily is seeking a part-time After-school Site Director to manage all aspects of after-school programming at their assigned elementary school. Under the guidance of the Director of Elementary School Programs, the successful candidate will lead daily supervision, hire staff, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality extracurricular activities.
Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in education or related field, with at least 3 years of after-school education and/or childcare experience in a leadership role, and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.
