Physics and Astronomy Adjunct Lecturer
The Department of Physics and Astronomy at SUNY New Paltz seeks part-time day or evening Adjunct Lecturers to teach introductory courses in physics, introductory labs in physics, and introductory and upper-level courses in astronomy. Successful candidates will be teaching one or more courses in the fall and/or spring semesters. Courses may include:

211 Physics I Lab - PHY
205 Exploring the Solar System - PHY
206 Exploring the Universe - PHY
341 Observational Astronomy - PHY
344 Life in the Universe

Qualifications:
Required:
B.S. or B.A. in physics or astronomy. Preferred: M.A. or M.S. in physics, astronomy, or engineering. Experience teaching at the college level.
