Lehman College of the City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking Adjunct Faculty to teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Business, Management, and Finance in the School of Business for the Fall 2026 semester and beyond.

• Teach assigned courses using an experiential, applied learning approach.
• Integrate real‑world data, case‑based instruction, and hands‑on tools into the classroom.
• Hold office hours and participate in departmental meetings.
• Support student learning.

• Principles of Finance, Corporate Finance, Investments, and Financial Markets (undergraduate and graduate)
• Principles of Management, Strategic Management, International Business, Business Law, Labor Relations, Organizational Behavior (undergraduate and graduate)
• Human Resource Management (undergraduate and graduate)

• For Adjunct Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Full Professor:
  • Ph.D. in a relevant field or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach successfully at the college level.
• For Adjunct Lecturer:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to teach successfully.

Adjunct faculty are compensated on a per‑course basis in accordance with the PSC CUNY collective bargaining agreement. Current rates range from $112.50 to $137.50 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
