The Special Education Teacher will be a key member of our elementary instructional team, providing high-quality support and individualized instruction to students with IEPs in an inclusive, collaborative classroom setting. This teacher will design targeted interventions, differentiate instruction, and collaborate with the general education teacher and service providers to ensure student success.

• Provide specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals in both inclusive and pull-out environments
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Use data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
• Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development
• Collaborate with classroom teacher to co-plan and co-teach
• Passionate about creating an inclusive, nurturing classroom community where all students can thrive
• Proficient in utilizing specialized reading and math interventions, particularly for early learners
• Ability to implement modifications to support students and to develop and utilize behavior support plans to ensure success
• Maintain clear communication with families and actively participate in CSE meetings
• Work collaboratively with related service providers and the CST team to ensure cohesive support
• Stay current with special education regulations, instructional best practices, and interventions
