Salary/Pay Rate: $107,150 - $119,150 (Annual wage)

Job Description:

The Liverpool Central School District is seeking an educational leader to serve as a High School Principal at Liverpool High School. This position is an opportunity for a collaborative, student-centered administrator who is committed to academic excellence, strong relationships, and continuous school improvement.

Position Responsibilities
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive school culture that promotes student achievement and well-being.
  • Supervise approximately 600 students and serve as the primary administrator for assigned departments.
  • Provide instructional leadership through classroom observations, coaching, and evaluation of certified and non-certified staff.
  • Supervise and support multiple academic departments, ensuring high-quality instruction aligned with district goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Principal, Associate Principal, and fellow High School Principals, counselors, teachers, support staff, and district administrators.
  • Build strong partnerships with students, families, and the community.
  • Address student discipline, attendance, and behavioral concerns in a fair and restorative manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district policies and regulations.
  • Support extracurricular activities and maintain a visible presence throughout the school community.
  • Attend evening and weekend events, including concerts, athletic contests, open houses, graduation activities, parent meetings, and other school functions throughout the year.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Principal and Superintendent.
