Salary/Pay Rate: $107,150 - $119,150 (Annual wage)
Job Description:
The Liverpool Central School District is seeking an educational leader to serve as a High School Principal at Liverpool High School. This position is an opportunity for a collaborative, student-centered administrator who is committed to academic excellence, strong relationships, and continuous school improvement.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive school culture that promotes student achievement and well-being.
- Supervise approximately 600 students and serve as the primary administrator for assigned departments.
- Provide instructional leadership through classroom observations, coaching, and evaluation of certified and non-certified staff.
- Supervise and support multiple academic departments, ensuring high-quality instruction aligned with district goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Principal, Associate Principal, and fellow High School Principals, counselors, teachers, support staff, and district administrators.
- Build strong partnerships with students, families, and the community.
- Address student discipline, attendance, and behavioral concerns in a fair and restorative manner.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and district policies and regulations.
- Support extracurricular activities and maintain a visible presence throughout the school community.
- Attend evening and weekend events, including concerts, athletic contests, open houses, graduation activities, parent meetings, and other school functions throughout the year.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Principal and Superintendent.
- A proven record of strong instructional leadership.

- A collaborative leadership style and the ability to build trust among students, staff, and families.
- Outstanding organizational skills, sound judgment, and a strong work ethic.
