We are looking for a highly motivated Account Coordinator to join our fast‑growing company and work in a holistic role focused on supporting the campaign execution and client relations teams.
What You’ll Do- Assist in pulling platform data & preparing reports for clients and internal teams.
- Prepare campaign analysis of paid initiatives across social publishers, as well as programmatic DSP/SSP platforms such as Beeswax, Groundtruth, and Amazon.
- Assist in client relations, managing and supporting your clients as a day‑to‑day point of contact.
- Create and execute operations processes with an eye on efficiency, safeguards, and continuous improvement to ensure the success of both client teams and the ad operations team.
- Beta test internal proprietary technology and provide recommendations and feedback.
- Participate in weekly training, daily team meetings, quarterly company‑wide meetings, and more.
- Ensure client goals are met through proactive management and optimization.
- Analytical, organized, and able to balance a variety of to‑dos both long‑ and short‑term.
- Not afraid of getting down and dirty with numbers and basic math.
- Great with Excel and looking to use it in a dynamic way.
- Results‑driven, with a focus on ROI.
- Comfortable speaking up in meetings and aren’t afraid to bring up ideas you have for improvement.
- Able to proactively solve problems before they arise.
- Flexible and can adjust to a rapidly changing business.
- Aware of the value of digital advertising and want to work in the space.
- Actively monitors the latest trends in social and digital advertising, including advertising formats, channels, and technologies, to keep up with the industry.
- Demonstrated interest in digital media in a personal or professional environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and work with new technology.
- Ability to communicate with teams internally and clients externally.
- Problem‑solving mentality with a high attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to lend a helping hand wherever needed.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Demonstrable analytical skills.
Hourly rate: $20.38 – $25.48
