We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre School Lead Teacher to lead our team of educators in Brooklyn, New York. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our preschool program, developing and implementing lesson plans, and working closely with parents to ensure each child receives a top-notch education. • Lead a team of educators in planning, implementing, and evaluating preschool curriculum and activities
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, families, and community partners
• Assess and address the developmental needs of preschool students, including cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans
• Ensure compliance with state and national standards for early childhood education
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current on best practices and research-based strategies
• Use your expertise to create a stimulating and fun learning environment that promotes socialization, exploration, and creativity

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead teacher or assistant lead teacher in a preschool setting
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or related field (Study Plan option available)
• Strong understanding of early childhood education principles, theories, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of educators

• Competitive annual salary range of $50,000 - $65,000
