ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Media Buying Manager to lead execution and scaling of
our paid media and performance marketing programs for the Fanatics App. This
role is responsible for building a best in class acquisition engine grounded in
experimentation, data and platform expertise.
You will be executing in platform across paid channels, managing multi million
dollar budgets, optimizing performance and driving efficient user growth. This
role will focus on platform excellence & expertise across full funnel media
campaigns, partnering with Growth, Analytics and Product to ensure acquisition
aligns with downstream value and ecosystem profit.
The ideal candidate is deeply knowledgeable across major media platforms (Meta,
Google, Tik Tok, Snap etc.) and has previous experience running performance
marketing for Apps.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Execute and optimize campaigns across paid channels (Social, Search,
Affiliates, Programmatic and other emerging channels).
* Drive performance through hands on platform management, including targeting,
bidding, and budget allocation.
* Own and manage multi million dollar acquisition budgets with accountability
for efficiency and scale (CAC, ROI, LTV).
* Drive a culture of experimentation across acquisition channels, funnel
optimization, creative strategy, and audience segmentation.
* Partner closely with Data and Analytics to develop reporting infrastructure,
surface insights, and continuously refine performance KPIs to evaluate
attribution models and efficiencies.
* Present acquisition performance, forecasts, and strategic insights to
leadership and stakeholders. Stay on the pulse of marketing trends, emerging
platforms, attribution changes, and AI/ML driven growth solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
* 5 - 8+ years of experience in performance marketing
* Deep expertise in paid media platforms (Meta, Google, Tik Tok, DSPs, mobile ad
networks)
* Proven success managing and scaling multi channel campaigns with measurable
business impact
* Strong understanding of mobile attribution platforms (e.g., Apps Flyer) and
measurement frameworks
