Position Information
Reporting to the Director of Admissions, the Assistant Director of Law School Admissions will manage admissions-related social media, recruit prospective students, review files, and work with student ambassadors. The role requires substantial travel during the fall semester (September – November) and weekend and evening hours.
Essential Functions- Serve on the committee that reviews a high volume of applicant files.
- Conduct off‑campus candidate recruitment.
- Represent the Law School at national and regional recruitment fairs and forums.
- Maintain correspondence with prospective students.
- Maintain recruitment calendar for all LSAC forms and Professional/Graduate Fairs.
- Lead and grow the current student ambassador program and its engagement with admitted students.
- Manage all social media outlets related to prospective and admitted students.
Not responsible for supervision or oversight of others.
Additional Functions- Support the Associate Director in hosting high‑profile Admitted Student Yield Events both off and on campus.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in college recruiting.
- High attention to detail.
- Superior communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Google and Microsoft Office suites.

Salary- Minimum Starting Salary: $66,555
- Maximum Starting Salary: $72,000
