Backed by Sequoia, Ribbit, Conviction, Evantic, AI Grant, and Pear VC. Sequoia partner Bryan Schreier was the first investor in Qualtrics ($12B company tackling similar problems). Enterprise customers include Google, Microsoft, Nestlé, and P&G. Founders are serial entrepreneurs (prior AI exit) with team talent from Jane Street, Twitter, Stripe, Affim, Bain, Goldman Sachs, plus IOI/ICPC backgrounds.
They are hiring a Growth Associate to work directly with the Head of Growth and help scale from $12M to nine-figure ARR. You'd be curious, resourceful, analytical, and excited to join a fast-growing early-stage startup in a career-defining role. No task is too small when it helps move the company forward.
The role spans campaign execution, growth experimentation, events and conferences, operations and analytics, and product-led growth initiatives. Cross-functional work with Growth, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and the founders. Reports to the Head of Growth.
What You'll Own- Campaign execution across email, Linked In, events, SEO/AEO, paid media, and outbound
- Growth experimentation: rapid testing across acquisition, activation, and conversion funnels
- Events and conferences: planning and executing conferences, dinners, webinars, and field marketing
- Operations and analytics: track campaign performance, build reports, analyze funnel data
- Product-led growth: collaborate with product and engineering on onboarding, lifecycle, referral, and viral growth initiatives
- One of: (a) 1-2 years of growth experience + good school, OR (b) 1-3 years of finance/consulting + top-15 school (must be exceptional if no growth experience)
- Highly proactive and resourceful: figures things out quickly, jumps into unfamiliar problems
- Analytical and detail-oriented, but also creative and willing to test unconventional ideas
- Clear communicator who moves quickly and thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- NYC 5 days a week in-person
- B2B SaaS experience
- Growth experimentation track record
- GTM systems experience
- Background in startups, particularly Sequoia-backed or comparable hypergrowth environments
Base
: $130-170K
Variable
: $20-30K (tied to pipeline/experiment outcomes/growth metrics)
Total OTE
: $150-200K
