Delaware Valley Job Corps, Callicoon, NY $25.63 per hour | Part-Time | 20 hours/week

- Coordinate all on- and off-center Work-Based Learning (WBL) sites
- Establish and maintain employer networks for paid and unpaid student opportunities
- Track and log student WBL hours in the center system
- Assess students' work skills, professional appearance, and communication readiness
- Conduct WBL seminars to highlight expectations and career development
- Visit worksites with instructors to ensure compliance with student learning goals
- Coordinate student scheduling, meals, and transportation to WBL sites
- Collaborate with instructors, business liaisons, and community partners
- Mentor students and model Career Success Standards
- Maintain accurate WBL records, including safety inspections and memos of understanding
- Support, promote, and enforce Job Corps' Zero Tolerance Policy

Qualifications What You Need
- Associate's Degree required;
Bachelor's Degree preferred - Strong organizational, communication, and mentoring skills
- Passion for preparing students for career and life success
