Nassau BOCES is looking for a Temporary Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. This position involves providing itinerant services to students in various schools and component districts. The ideal candidate will hold a NYS Certification for Deaf and Hard of Hearing and possess thorough knowledge of working with students classified with hearing loss.
Experience with FM systems and cochlear implants is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
