Location: New York
Teaching Matters is seeking an Instructional Educational Coach Literacy for K‑5 to work on-site in NYC boroughs. The role focuses on coaching teachers and school leaders to implement culturally responsive literacy practices, develop tailored coaching plans, and drive student outcomes across districts.
Ideal candidates have 3–4 years as literacy coaches and 4 years of K‑5 or 5th–8th literacy teaching, with strong ELL/MLL experience and urban school background.
