School Kitchen Manager HACCP Lead

Job Description Country Parkway Elementary School

#6649 Cook Manager 32.5 hours/week

(6.5 hrs/day to be scheduled between the hours of 7:30am
-2:00pm plus ½ hour unpaid lunch.)

10 months per school year

#6649 Cook Manager 31.25 hours/week

(6.25hrs/day to be scheduled between the hours of 7:30am and 2:15pm plus ½ hour unpaid lunch.)

10 months per school year

• Follows State and Federal Child Nutrition regulations
• Orders food
• Supervises and assigns tasks for Food Service Helpers and Cook
• Reconciles daily deposits
• Daily production records
• Assists with inventories
• Attends monthly manager meetings

• Required HACCP and Sanitation Knowledge
• Good Organizational and Communications skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Dependability
• Ability to list 30-45 lbs. cases
• Good math skills
• Ability to work well with staff, Administration and parents
• Ability to learn and understand Nutrikids software program
• Some food preparation experience preferred but not required.
